General property maintenance can be organised on an as and when required basis by your dedicated housekeeper.

Whilst they are visiting your property to carry out a clean/changeover or a vacant property check, they will be able to identify if there are any additional areas of attention required such as gardening, window/soffit cleaning, gutter clearance, or general property maintenance.

Our housekeepers will highlight these areas and confirm with our holiday-let owners if they would like to be organised on their behalf.
