Housekeeping Support Team Member (April – October)
​
Salary - £12.25 plus holiday pay and mileage– Zero-hour contract
Location – Island Wide
We are looking for housekeepers to join our team, initially on a zero-hour contract with the option to progress to a set hours contract. The role covers the whole of the Island and involves various responsibilities which are detailed below. You will be provided with all equipment to perform the role, except for transport. All applicants must be able to drive and have their own vehicle.
The role of housekeeping support is to support our housekeeping team leaders with changeovers within their assigned areas. This will involve cleaning holiday lets to a high standard, including changing bed linen. Our main changeover days are Fridays and Saturdays with work available during the height of the season which is typically April to October. Other work may be available outside of the main season but cannot be guaranteed.

Housekeeping Team Leader – South Wight

Salary - Hourly Rate £12.82 plus holiday pay and mileage

Location – South Wight
​
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, conducting pre-season deep cleans, winter property checks, and regular changeovers. The role involves identifying and reporting maintenance issues, managing cleaning supplies, and completing detailed digital reports for all services performed.
You'll be expected to address any cleaning oversights and may occasionally meet with property owners to discuss specific requirements. During peak season (April-October), you'll lead and train a support team, organising their work schedules and ensuring all changeovers meet high standards. This includes delegating tasks effectively, coordinating multiple same-day changeovers, and performing quality checks on completed work.
